To help its users manage communications more easily, Apimo is launching a new version of its Automator feature. Automator 2 offers an entirely new step-by-step guided experience: identify available scenarios at a glance and fine-tune the application domain with an overview of your franchise or business. Once the configuration is complete, an interactive summary will be provided before validation. Automator 2 thus becomes a key tool for simplifying communication with its modern and user-friendly interface.

This update to Automator introduces a revamped interface that is both more intuitive and easier to use. Navigation is simplified, and notification setup is quick. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced user, this version makes accessing Automator’s features easier for automated, personalized, and effective communication.

Multilingual and Multi-Channel Notifications

You can choose the language of your messages and decide precisely when they should be sent. Three channel options are available:
  • Email
  • SMS
  • Mobile push notifications

Appointment Reminders Synced with Google or Microsoft Calendar

Currently, Automator sends appointment reminders in multiple languages, ensuring that clients and collaborators never miss an important deadline. Targeted Notifications for Each Recipient

Automator also allows you to specify exactly who receives each notification. You can send reminders to:
  • The user, to remind you of your appointments or other tasks.
  • The client contact, to keep them informed about important events or appointments.
  • Depending on your access level, you will see different application domains (user, agency, company, brand).
  • This targeting option ensures that each person receives only the necessary information, avoiding communication overload.

Towards Even Greater Personalization

We plan to add new features to Automator to better meet the needs of agencies:
  • New message templates: A selection of ready-to-use templates will be available for sending professional and appropriate messages with a single click.
  • Message personalization: Agencies will be able to adjust messages by adding specific information (client name, property type, etc.) for a more tailored approach.
  • Fully customizable scenarios (this feature will take a little longer to implement).
